Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship products to US locations only via USPS First-Class mail by default, unless you choose an expedited shipping method at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the shipping method you select, most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days. Orders placed before midnight CST will generally be shipped out the following business day. In certain instances, if a product is backordered, it may take a few extra days to obtain stock, in which case we will let you know promptly.
How do you package your products for shipping?
For hats and t-shirts, we package everything in eco-friendly, 100% recycled poly bags and then ship them in a stylish Texas Fightwear box - you'll have the coolest package at the shipping facility, that's for sure!
Where can I buy your products in person?
That's a great question and we're glad you're interested! For now, our products are sold exclusively through our website. We're a new brand and still building our business, but have plans to partners with select retailers later this year so please stay tuned! In the meantime, let us know if we can help you place an order online.
Where are your products made?
All our base products are sourced from the most premium and reputable manufacturers in the world and then customized here in Austin, Texas. Our core product line of hats are sourced from Flexfit LLC., one of the world's largest vendors of custom, private label headwear. Flexfit manufactures hats for some of the most reputable brands in sports, streetwear, golf and outdoor markets. Learn more about Flexfit by visiting their website.
Why don't you manufacture your own custom hats?
While all of our hats are custom designed and embroidered right here in Austin, Texas, we choose to use Flexfit as our supplier because they are one of the top headwear manufacturers in the world. By partnering with Flexfit, our customers benefit from the brand and technology they've worked so hard to develop over the years. This allows us to pass on the most premium product to our customers, while still being able to make them our own with original Texas Fightwear designs.
I love my product but it doesn't fit quite right - what do I do?
We're glad you love your product! With apparel, it's especially difficult to find just the right fit - we totally get it. If your product is unworn and you'd like to exchange it for a different size, or request a refund, we'll be glad to hook you up. I like your products and designs, but you don't have very many - why?
Texas Fightwear is a new brand and we are actively building up our product line. Over time, our product catalog will grow and we'll be adding many new products. In the meantime, we hope you'll help support our growth and pick up one of our hats or shirts - and tell all your friends about us!
