Returns and Exchanges
First and foremost, thanks for being a Texas Fightwear customer. We're proud to have you in the family and hope you enjoy your products. That being said, we completely understand if you need to return or exchange something you've purchased. We'll try to make the process as easy for you as possible.
To ensure the best customer experience possible, we offer free shipping both ways on domestic returns/exchanges in the USA. See below for details on our return/exchange process, terms and conditions.
To initiate a return or exchange
- Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Order Number
- Specify refund or exchange
- If refund, please provide a brief explanation of why you're returning your product(s)
- If exchange, please specify the product you'd like to exchange for
- Once we receive your request, we'll send you a confirmation, along with a pre-paid shipping label
- Send us your product(s)
- Once we receive your product(s) we will process your refund/exchange within 2-3 business days and either credit your original payment method, or ship you your new product(s)
Terms and Conditions
- Exchanges for different sizes or products are completely free
- Returned products are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product's value
- All Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition. Products returned in any other condition are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Returns/Exchanges are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receipt
- If we are unable to complete the requested exchange or replace/repair the returned item(s), we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or store credit. These situations are typically dependent upon inventory levels of the product(s) being returned.
