Once you make a purchase on our site, we know you'll be anxious to receive your product(s) and we don't blame you! Here's some information that will put your mind at ease.
Once we receive your order, we'll verify we have your product(s) in stock. In most cases, the inventory status displayed on our product pages is current, so you should be good to go. In rare cases, however, it's possible we may not have your product(s) ready. In that case, we'll reach out promptly and give you the option to either wait until we restock, select another product, or choose to receive a refund.
If your product(s) is in stock, we'll process your order the business day following your purchase, package it up in one of our limited edition boxes and then get it in the mail. We send all our packages via USPS First-Class mail.
